On behalf of our clients, we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to become Deputy Head of English at a 'good' rated 11-18 secondary academy in South Buckinghamshire.
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, qualified, and inspirational teacher of English, capable of teaching up to KS5, and seeking the next step in their careers.
The holder of this middle-leadership role will be working closely with, and supporting the Head of English in order to ensure the development and delivery of the highest quality of English teaching across the school. You will also be expected to ensure high levels of achievement, deliver highly effective lessons and promote good behaviour.
This is a full-time permanent post; part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate. The school offers an MPS/UPS (London Fringe) salary, along with a highly supportive staff and team-teaching culture, with plenty of time for collaborative planning.
