We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher in Maldon to join our team in September 2023.
The successful candidate will possess a creative mind and demonstrate a passion for design technology, including practical knowledge and experience of the relevant curriculum. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent classroom management skills and an aptitude for utilizing modern educational technology.

You will have the ability to build relationships with students from all backgrounds as well as communicate effectively with staff members and colleagues. You will be teaching students from Year 7 through to Year 13 and have an innovative approach to the teaching of Design Technology, utilising a range of approaches and strategies which support excellent learning. A comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety issues associated with using tools, materials and equipment in design technology is essential.

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent position with salary between £30,000 - £41,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
