Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.


  • A recognised teaching qualification leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent or upcoming completion of teacher training (NQT or ECT status)
  • Passion for primary education and a commitment to making a difference.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback.
