Dunbar Education, a leading education agency, is recruiting on behalf of the school for an experienced and dedicated Early Years Lead to join the team starting in September. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the growth and success of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Early Years department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that is engaging, inclusive, and meets the needs of all students.
  • Mentor and support staff members, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture, where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continuously improve practice.
