Early Years Practitioner
A nurturing and dynamic pre-school based in Beaconsfield is dedicated to providing high-quality early years education. With a big focus on creating a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can explore, learn, and develop at their own pace.
Seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of children in the early years setting, ensuring they have the best start in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records and planning next steps.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
