Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our team starting in September. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and academic success. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs and interests of young learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and achievements.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners to reach their full potential.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
