Qualifications and Requirements:
- Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience: Must have experience or specialism in Early Years education
- New Teachers: Early Career Teachers accepted
Role and Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Deliver high-quality education to Early Years students, adhering to the curriculum and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Planning and Assessment: Develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in Early Years education.
