Job Description:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant at our client school, you will be an integral part of the Early Years team, playing a vital role in the educational journey of the students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Supporting individual and group activities to promote children's learning and development.
- Providing pastoral care and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Assisting with the assessment and monitoring of children's progress.
- Maintaining effective communication with parents and caregivers.
- Actively participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years or primary school setting is essential
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or Nursery Practitioner qualification) would be an advantage.
