Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team and positively impact young learners' lives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for Early Years students.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of learning resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and well-being among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience working with Early Years students is desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for education and working with children.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
