Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team and positively impact young learners' lives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for Early Years students.
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of learning resources.
  • Promote positive behaviour and well-being among students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with Early Years students is desired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and working with children.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
