Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling role in Early Years education?

Dunbar Education is seeking a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with autism in a supportive mainstream primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life, helping them to thrive in their early educational journey.

Role Highlights:

  • Full-time position during term time

  • 1:1 support for a child with autism in an EYFS setting

  • Support learning, development, and emotional well-being

  • Assist with personal care requirements

  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO

  • Receive ongoing support and guidance from Dunbar Education

About You:

  • Experience working with children with autism or additional needs is highly desirable

  • Comfortable providing personal care

  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient with excellent communication skills

  • A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning

  • Relevant qualifications or TA experience preferred
