Dunbar Education is thrilled to partner with a well-respected primary school in Milton Keynes in their search for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from September.

Role Overview: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners during their formative years. You will deliver inspiring and play-based learning experiences that promote holistic development across all areas of the early years curriculum. Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents, you will create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and discover the world around them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular feedback on children's progress and achievements
  • Create a stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors, reflective of children's interests and needs
  • Implement effective observation, assessment, and planning practices to support children's individual learning journeys
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote continuity and progression in children's learning and development
  • Support the school's commitment to parental engagement and involvement in children's learning experiences

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in early years education
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early years provision
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and effective pedagogical approaches to early years teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture
  • A proactive and reflective approach to professional development
