EYFS Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about early years education and making a positive impact on the lives of young children? Dunbar Education is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistants to support local schools in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the EYFS teachers in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
  • Support the implementation of the EYFS curriculum, including activities that promote learning through play.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress and development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient, caring, and compassionate approach to working with young children.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are advantageous but not essential.
