Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of the EYFS curriculum, including activities that promote learning through play.
- Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support and guidance as needed.
- Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress and development.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable.
- A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A patient, caring, and compassionate approach to working with young children.
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are advantageous but not essential.
