Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced teachers in classrooms, observing teaching methods and classroom management techniques.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery under the guidance of mentor teachers.
- Support pupils in their learning journey, providing one-to-one assistance and small group activities.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 6 months UK experience in Education
- Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in teaching and a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and mentors.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop teaching skills under the guidance of experienced educators.
- A commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with pupils and colleagues.
