We are recruiting for a thriving Secondary School in Wellingborough, dedicated to providing a high-quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment. ECTs will be considered for an immediate or September start.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching students according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work carried out by students within the school.
- Providing assessments, reports, and references related to individual students and groups.
- Ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students that meets internal and external quality standards.
- Participating in the school's staff development programme through further training and professional development.
- Collaborating with the designated Pastoral Leader to support the implementation of the school's pastoral system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the U.K.
- Specialism in Geography.
- Proven experience teaching Geography in U.K. secondary schools.
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of student achievement.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
