Position: Head of Art

Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the Art department, inspiring a team of talented educators to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
- Developing and implementing a creative and innovative Art curriculum that aligns with the school's academic objectives and fosters students' artistic talents.
- Ensuring that the department's resources and facilities are well-maintained and conducive to promoting creativity.
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing timely feedback, and implementing strategies to support individual development.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the school to promote cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
- Encouraging student participation in extracurricular Art activities and competitions.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status with a strong background in Art education.
- Significant experience teaching Art at various levels, with a track record of achieving excellent results.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team of educators.
- A creative and progressive approach to Art education, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
