We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and ambitious leader to join our clients, an Ofsted 'good' 11-18 secondary academy in Buckinghamshire.
This is a superb opportunity to lead an innovative, forward-thinking team, developing and implementing Biology teaching in a thriving and ambitious school. The successful candidate must have the vision, drive, and enthusiasm to lead the curriculum area and to create the most appropriate conditions to facilitate high-quality learning and outcomes.
You should have:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-Experience of leading teams desirable, and evidence of working collaboratively essential
-Experience in an 11-18 school, with ability to teach Biology to A-level
-A track record of excellent progress for students and outcomes
