Are you a skilled, qualified MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) teacher, seeking an opportunity to lead a successful MFL department in a vibrant and creative secondary school?
We are recruiting for a secondary school located in Hertfordshire, seeking an experienced and passionate Head of MFL to lead their MFL department from April. The role is a permanent, full-time position.
You will be leading a thriving and vibrant MFL department. You will be expected to manage and motivate a team of MFL teachers to promote teaching excellence and to achieve outstanding outcomes for our students. Your role will also involve developing our language programmes to increase the level of engagement from students.
We are looking for a creative, motivated and organised leader, with the knowledge and drive to create the highest quality learning environment. You should have a recognised teaching qualification and significant experience in leading an MFL department.
