Our client is a slightly smaller than average secondary school in a nice area just off the M40, 15 minutes from the M25. They are seeking a Head of History who will inspire their students in the classroom by delivering innovative curricula and by giving them the confidence to think big for themselves.

Aside from the opportunity to work with pupils whose energy, creativity, and enthusiasm never fail to inspire, the academy is committed to staff development, leading the way with mental health through their very own Mental Health First Aid program, which aims to train every teacher as mental health first aider. They are also a leader in the education sector for outstanding employee benefits including a generous maternity policy and opportunities for flexible working.

The Head has informed me that they are looking to interview as quickly as possible and will appoint prior to the job advert closing for the right candidate.
