We are now looking for a permanent Head of Department for our MFL Department. Your main focus will be on leading and developing a successful, creative and forward-thinking team. You will ensure all students in the MFL Department receive high-quality teaching and an exciting, engaging learning experience.
The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated professional, with a proven track record of successful classroom management, a deep understanding of their subject and up-to-date curriculum knowledge. As well as exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, you must be a proactive and forward-thinking leader who can inspire the students to excel in their learning and progress further.
