Are you passionate about science and have a strong commitment to providing the best possible education for your students? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Science to lead a department at a well-established school in Enfield.
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status and be able to inspire and motivate students from KS3 to KS5. You will have a proven track record of leading and managing a successful Science department and a passion for providing a challenging and engaging curriculum.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement effective strategies to promote high standards of teaching and learning within the Science department. You will be expected to deliver a high level of classroom teaching, as well as manage the workloads and development of your team.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, who can lead by example, inspire their team and foster a collaborative approach. You will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills to be able to manage the administrative and strategic aspects of the role effectively.
