Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Science department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that inspires and engages students in the study of Science.
- Support and mentor Science teachers, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Science department, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Teach Science, including your specialism to A-Level.
Requirements:
- A degree in Science, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Science at GCSE and A-Level.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A passion for Science education and a commitment to student success.
