Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, delivering engaging lessons and providing support to students across various subjects and year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across a range of subjects and year levels.
- Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment.
- Providing support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and development.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure consistency in teaching standards.
- Completing administrative tasks such as taking registers and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work collaboratively within a team.
