Looking to advance your Teaching Assistant experience into a HLTA role?
A primary school based in Wellingborough is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis with an immediate start.
As the successful HLTA, you will be supporting all primary year groups. You will either be teaching covering the class teacher or providing Teaching Assistant support in small groups or 1:1. Ideally you will have a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification however this is not essential. You will be confident in engaging a class of pupils of mixed abilities, managing behaviour, and have up-to-date knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
