Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Level 4 Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced and versatile Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning across all Key Stages in Primary School settings? Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality classroom support and assistance to teachers across all Key Stages in Primary School.
- Lead small group interventions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Assist with assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers as required.
- Foster a positive learning environment and promote the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
Requirements:
- Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working in Primary School settings across all Key Stages.
- Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative when covering lessons.
