Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / Level 4 Teaching Assistant

Location: Northamptonshire

Are you an experienced and versatile Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning across all Key Stages in Primary School settings? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) or Level 4 Teaching Assistants on a flexible basis, with immediate starts available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality classroom support and assistance to teachers across all Key Stages in Primary School.
  • Lead small group interventions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Assist with assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers as required.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and promote the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in Primary School settings across all Key Stages.
  • Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative when covering lessons.
