The Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
Deliver high-quality learning activities to groups of children or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
Support the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide tailored interventions and support for individual pupils.
Assist in monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where appropriate.
Promote a positive and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience working with primary school-aged children.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.
The ability to work flexibly and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
