HLTA, Bletchley, Immediate Start - Permanent Role
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HLTA to join a vibrant secondary school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. As an academy school committed to providing exceptional education to students up to the age of 19, this provision is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can contribute to their collaborative and dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support and guidance.
- Lead and manage classes under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Assist with the assessment and recording of student progress.
- Uphold a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate must possess:
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a secondary school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
- A passion for supporting the academic and personal development of students.
