Job Description

We are seeking a HR Adminstrator for in the Harlow and Epping area witihin 2 local schools. The role is based acroos 2 local schools so you will need to drive however the schools are only 5 minuets apart.

The schools are looking for somebody ideally with an education background, however will strongly welcome applicants with previous experience in HR, Education and/or admin.

Pay Scale- £21,968 to £26,845 Pro rata per annum inc Outer Fringe allowance

37 Hours per week 41 weeks per year (term time plus inset days plus 2 weeks throughout holiday periods)

CONTRACT:
Temporary, Part Time moving to permanent if successful

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 To provide an effective and efficient clerical and welfare support to the school.
 To provide an effective and efficient HR administrative support to the school.
 The post requires flexibility and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Liaison with:
The post-holder is expected to liaise with all members of staff within the Academy and other Trust members of staff who may be on site.

HR Administration:
Recruitment
Follow recruitment process which will include:
 Liaising with agencies to request candidate information/CV where required
 Setting up interviews
 Requesting vetting information from agencies
 Distribute new starter paperwork
 Setting up new starter HR files including inputting details on the SCR
 Ensuring all safeguarding checks including DBS are in place
 Enter details into the payroll system for new starters and work alongside the HR Business Partner to ensure that this is complete for the area on a monthly basis
 Assist the Payroll Officer with monthly payroll information and input onto the payroll system.
 Requesting references
 Requesting login credentials from IT
 Organising probation paperwork
