Job Description:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, playing a vital role in their educational journey. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and ensuring the academic and personal development of your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student well-being and achievement.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with Key Stage 1 students is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
