Key Responsibilities:
- Design, organize, and present captivating lessons in accordance with the KS1 curriculum.
- Establish an inviting and all-encompassing classroom setting that fosters active involvement and a passion for learning.
- Evaluate and monitor student advancement, offering punctual and constructive input.
- Work collaboratively with peers to formulate and execute efficient teaching methods.

Requirements:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching credential.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching within the KS1 level, with a firm grasp of the curriculum.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators.
- A firm commitment to establishing an inclusive and diverse learning atmosphere.
- The capability to inspire and encourage students, cultivating a passion for learning.
- Strong organizational aptitude for efficiently handling tasks such as lesson preparation, evaluations, and other responsibilities.
