Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons to Key Stage 1 students.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet students' individual needs.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement and progress.
- Contribute to the school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for inspiring young learners.
- Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
