As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to young learners during a crucial stage in their development. You will create engaging and dynamic lessons that cater to individual learning needs, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Differentiate teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to facilitate effective communication and partnership.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in KS1, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
