Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 1 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and confidence.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and the school leadership team to ensure effective communication and support.
- Foster a love of learning through creative and innovative teaching methods.
- Uphold the school's values and policies while promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and academic excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or relevant primary education settings.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Effective classroom management skills and a passion for teaching young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
Working Hours: This is a full-time, long-term role, with hours corresponding to the standard school day. You will be expected to participate in school activities and meetings as required.
