The Role: As the KS2 Phase Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of the Key Stage 2 team. You will also take on the responsibilities of a Y5/Y6 class teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to further develop their leadership skills while making a significant impact on the school's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the KS2 team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective interventions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' personal and academic growth.
- Work closely with parents and the wider school community to maintain strong relationships and communication.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school, preferably within KS2.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
