We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic KS2 Phase Leader to join a Catholic Primary school in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the Key Stage 2 team (Year 3/ Year 4), ensuring that high-quality teaching and learning are provided across the phase. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the school's strategic vision and will be instrumental in driving progress towards the school's improvement goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will be able to inspire and motivate others, whilst also possessing excellent communication skills to engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues alike.
Applicants must hold QTS and will ideally have experience working within a Catholic school environment, although this is not essential.
