Learning Mentor - Haringey, North London
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic SEMH provision in Haringey that supports students aged 8-19. The school is a great provision set up for students that need additional tailored support to thrive in an inclusive learning environment.
The school offers staff a great work life balance, has a great supportive senior leadership team and pay above industry standards. The school have an ethos of happy staff; happy students, and provide lots of opportunity for flexibility, development and upskilling.
As a Learning Mentor your role will be to support students on two fronts; to safeguard students and to support them with their behaviour on a personal level, but also to support them academically and ensure that they are getting the most out of being at school.
