We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Corby. The successful candidates will provide direct support to pupils who require extra assistance in their education.
Ideally, we would like someone with experience working with SEN children or experience in the healthcare industry as this background can be beneficial for the job. This position will be long-term/permanent and as such we are looking for people who can make a commitment to the role.
The successful candidate must be organised and patient as the job will often involve adapting to difficult situations. You must be creative and proactive in your approach to resolving problems as well.
