On behalf of a fantastic one-form entry primary school in Chesham, we are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their committed and enthusiastic team.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Provide support to children in the classroom to enhance learning
- Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress
- Encourage independence and confidence in learning
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure children receive tailored support
