Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant on behalf of our esteemed partner school. The successful candidate will become an integral part of their vibrant teaching team, working collaboratively to provide top-quality education and support to primary school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students with their academic and emotional development.
  • Encourage and maintain high standards of behavior and discipline.
  • Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting the development of young learners.
  • Patience, empathy and a nurturing demeanor.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
