Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant on behalf of our esteemed partner school. The successful candidate will become an integral part of their vibrant teaching team, working collaboratively to provide top-quality education and support to primary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with their academic and emotional development.
- Encourage and maintain high standards of behavior and discipline.
- Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
