Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Bedford, start in September full-time

About the Role:

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you'll be right in the heart of the action, supporting our amazing teachers and helping our fantastic pupils thrive. Your role will be super varied - no two days will be the same!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the teacher with classroom activities and lesson planning
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who need a little extra help
  • Helping to create a fun and engaging learning environment
  • Supervising and supporting students during activities and playtime
  • Keeping an eye on students' progress and providing feedback
  • Getting involved in school events and activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with primary school children
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Great communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with kids
  • Ability to work well in a team
