Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Assist with the development of individualised learning plans for students.
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional support and guidance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote and facilitate student engagement and participation in class.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of current teaching and learning methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
