Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a well-respected school in St. Albans. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with a competitive day rate. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.

- Foster students' social and emotional development.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons and classroom activities.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to support students' progress.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
