Position Overview: The Level 3 Teaching Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing top-quality education and support to primary school students within our partner school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth.
- Assist in the development of teaching materials and resources.
- Support students in their academic progress and emotional well-being.
- Uphold high standards of behavior and discipline within the classroom.
- Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
