As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.
  • Provide personal care and support to meet the individual needs of children.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Keep accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
