- Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with the organisation of school events, including open days, meetings, and conferences.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
