Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant to the Principal, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a confidential and personal service to the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Offering comprehensive administrative support to the HR officer.
  • Managing the Principal's diary, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assisting with the organisation of school events, including open days, meetings, and conferences.
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
  • Adhering to school policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
