Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Part-Time Year 5 Class Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons, tailored to meet the needs of all pupils in Year 5.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and progress.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
