Role Overview: As the Phase Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and ensuring the smooth operation of your designated phase within the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the curriculum, provide guidance and support to fellow teachers, and contribute to the overall strategic development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated teachers within your phase
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and progress
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing targeted support and intervention as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a dynamic and inclusive curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being of all students
  • Build strong relationships with parents and actively engage them in their child's learning journey

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within a primary school setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and achieving positive outcomes
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
  • A thorough understanding of current educational policies, practices, and procedures
