Temporary Cover Supervisor needed in Biggleswade immediately!
We are looking for outstanding Cover Supervisors to join a Secondary School immediately! The contract will initially run until February, but will likely be extended until Easter.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Oversee and manage student conduct when a regular teacher is absent.
- Facilitate the execution of pre-arranged lessons and offer assistance to students in their educational journey.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition for students during teacher absences.
- Concentrate on delivering classes to students across all year levels.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an 16+ educational setting is mandatory
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to efficiently manage a classroom and nurture a positive learning environment.
- Display flexibility and adaptability to work across diverse subjects and with different year groups.
