We are currently looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to work in primary schools in Milton Keynes. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the absence of a teacher and for monitoring student behaviour.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about working with young people and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to have the ability to take initiative, good organisational skills and an awareness of classroom behaviour management. Additionally, you must be able to work flexibly as Cover Supervisors are expected to work with multiple schools.
