Job Opportunity: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Hertfordshire

Role Overview: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of schools in Hertfordshire, covering short-term absences, long-term placements, and day-to-day assignments. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different educational settings while making a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across various subjects and Key Stages
  • Following school policies and procedures to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback to support their development
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in primary schools
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in different classroom environments
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
