Role Overview: We are currently seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various primary schools, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to different classroom settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching to primary students across different year groups and subjects as required.
  • Follow school policies and schemes of work while maintaining a positive learning environment for students.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings, fostering positive relationships with both students and staff.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment in various primary school settings.
  • Provide comprehensive and constructive feedback to regular teaching staff regarding students' progress and activities completed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a Primary School Teacher with a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in diverse primary school environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into new teams and follow varied school policies and procedures.
