Opportunities are available for immediate start as well as placements beginning in September.

About the Role: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work across different year groups and subjects, providing cover for absent teachers and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students. Whether you are seeking short-term assignments or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences. This role offers a dynamic and varied work experience, allowing you to gain valuable classroom experience while making a positive impact in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cover for absent teachers across various year groups and subjects within primary education
  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success
  • Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies and safeguarding protocols
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support continuity of learning
  • Complete administrative tasks as required, such as marking and lesson planning

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within a primary school setting (NQTs are welcome to apply)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
  • A proactive and professional approach to supply teaching
